Here's a life hack that I'm sure most guys (okay--ALL guys) will embrace. According to Dr. Karen Weatherby in The New England Journal of Medicine:
Just 10 minutes of staring at the charms of a well-endowed female is roughly equivalent to a 30-minute aerobics workout...Our study indicates that engaging in this activity a few minutes daily cuts the risk of a stroke and heart attack in half. We believe that by doing so consistently, the average man can extend his life 4 to 5 years.
Whoa! That's a significant increase in lifespan!
The study states that aside from the bodily health benefits that men experience when looking at a beautiful woman, that the mental side effects of beholding beauty also adds to their long-term health.
A beautiful woman's face is like chocolate, cash or cocaine to a young man's brain, according to Harvard University researchers. Their brain-imaging study revealed that while young heterosexual males are indeed capable of finding beauty in another man's face, only a lovely female visage can set off the "reward centres" in their brains.
I wonder if the same is true for women looking at attractive men? I don't see why not.
It's raining outside today (at least where I am), so many of us may not be able to workout today.
Don't fret though--I'd like to do my part to increase your health and well-being and to extend your lifespan, so here are 2 photos that should help a bit.
The study says that Dolly Parton proves to be especially good for men's health, and since the study doesn't cover women's preferences, I'll just go out on a limb and say that Daniel Craig must be good for women's health.
Remember, you must look at the photos for 10 minutes to get the health benefits of a 30 minute workout.
Feel the burn...or whatever!

I am getting double benefits at the eSoup blog (which I really do read for the articles) ... there is insight and mental stimulation plus the ability to extend my life 4-5 years!
You are too funny!

You know I tried staring at the Daniel Craig photo for 10 minutes, but a few seconds into it I just felt silly and started laughing.
Maybe the laughing part is part of the health benefits too!
God bless Daniel Craig and Dolly Parton! They're our visual vitamins. :-)
